How the evening is laid out

The whole night is inside Woody’s Sherwood Forest — dinner, David’s acoustic set, and the concert. Nothing is under the pavilion.

• 5:15 p.m.: Food doors. Come in, check in, sit.
• 5:30 p.m.: Buffet opens.
• 5:45 p.m.: David plays acoustic during dinner.
• 6:30 p.m.: Concert doors. If you are concert-only, stay in your car until then.
• 7:00 p.m.: Concert, same room.

Family friendly: under 25 gets into the concert free. Dinner and reserved tables are still ticketed. See ticket options for dinner-only, dinner & concert, Host Committee, and VIP Table for 8.

Educators and first responders: concert admission is free. Show school or department ID at the door. Dinner and reserved tables are still ticketed.
